it takes 10 mins.
walk 30 mins. A total of 40 mins investment.
Slowly, the body builds internal energy, strength, and robustness.
For days when I have less energy or when I lost the routine for a few days (yes it happens and that's okay), I do less counts and build back. The benefits outweigh the cost.
