A program is in-sync with itself. It does what its programmed to do - its code, execution and outputs are all in sync.

As a human, when thoughts, words and actions are aligned, I am in-sync with my intentions.

When I see i am strongly not-aligned with an event, I say No - politely, firmly.

There are moments when i see, would it matter if it's this way or that?
With the river, the water flows - alignment can also be accepting and enjoying the way the river flows.
